HEALTHY SKIN IS PART OF IMAGE
How to get there:

1. Wash off make-up and dirt before sleep.

2. Protect your skin with moisturizer/foundation daily.

3. Keep your skin healthy - Eat plenty of Vitamin C, its an antioxidant and clears
off pesky zits giving you fresh, young look.

4. Exfoliate to slough off dead cells.

5. Don't smoke - smoking makes your skin look older since it narrows the blood vessels thereby depleting the skin of nutrients and adequate oxygen.
